Settlers Retreat is a spacious house situated only minutes from the main shopping strip in Margaret River. It is close enough to stroll to the centre of town yet enclosed within a quiet tree-lined street.
As you walk through the main entrance of this tranquil house sunlight streams through a wall of windows and lights up the central entertainment area.
The main room consists of a comfortable lounge area with leather couches, a dining setting which seats eight and a kitchen with loads of bench space. This area has reverse cycle aircond, pot belly fire and CD.
Sliding doors off the main room lead onto a deck area which surrounds half the house. It is sheltered, has an outdoor setting, a BBQ and at night is lit up with fairy lights. Perfect for holiday entertaining. The deck area is secure for children, as is the shaded back garden where the little people will also be able to play safely.
There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upstairs loft bedroom has a queen bed, and an ensuite bathroom and a large stand alone spa. Off the main room is the other half of the house. An adjoining entertainment room with a couch, flat screen TV, DVD and video unit, will keep the peace and allow for two separate lounging areas if required.
Down the hallway there are another three bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and two further rooms with queen beds. A second bathroom has both a bath and shower, and the second toilet is separate for further privacy. Linen and towels are supplied.
