| Deposit / Payment Policy: |
Deposit - one night's accommodation is required to secure booking. If booking is less than 14 days prior to arrival, then full payment is required.
Payment of the balance can be made by credit card or by online transfer to Leeuwin Holiday rentals, National Australia Bank, BSB 086798, ACC 751436980 1 month prior to arrival. Please attach your name in the description.. All bookings require credit card details for any extra expenses incurred, such as damage or extra cleaning.
Bond - will be taken under managers discretion, held in trust and returned after a departure check of the property has been completed, any damages or extra cleaning will be deducted from the bond. If no bond has been secured, all damages and extra cleaning charges will be deducted from the credit card provided on booking. |
